Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to plan a stay by the sea. This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we have done

• All pages can be navigated with a keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a “skip to content” link.
• Images have text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Menus, drawers, galleries and dialogs announce their state and can be closed with the Escape key.
• Animations are reduced or removed when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Forms have labels, clear error messages and do not rely on colour alone.

Accessibility of our stays

Each stay page includes an “Accessibility information” section where verified details are available. If you need specific information — step-free routes, door widths, bathroom layouts — please contact us and we will answer honestly.

Feedback

If you find any part of this website difficult to use, please contact us. We welcome your feedback and will respond as quickly as we can.
